Victoria Inn Hotel & Conference Centre

The staff at Victoria Inn Brandon have been nothing short of amazing to us. My crew at Badger Daylighting have been staying at the Victoria Inn on and off all summer/fall due to on-going project in the brandon area. We have had multiple rooms booked daily and the customer service is so efficient and friendly. The response time with questions is so quick, they are so patient with our on-going changes and last minute demands. I cant thank them enough for making my life way easier this summer!

All when we checked in the directions to our room were not exactly accurate. When we entered through on of the entrances (which was not locked) we were overcome with the smell of cigarette smoke. The room itself was clean and looked like there had been recent 'upgrades' except for the heating system which looked like it could have caught fire will all the dirt and cards near the heating coils.

We hosted a 85th birthday party, pool side, with 19 people. Family and friends. From start to finish the staff was very helpful and accommodating! We never felt rushed. Our primary server was excellent. She was well organized and friendly. She had great staff supporting her throughout the night, which made the timing of everything spot on! Everyone was happy with their meals! We were all impressed with the delivery of food. Wouldn't hesitate at all to use this facility again for a gathering!

A wonderful hotel with excellent service and very respectful staff. The restaurant is amazing and breakfast was very good. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again on Saturday. Highly recommend it to everyone

When I first moved to Brandon, the Victoria Inn Hotel & Conference Centre was the place I stayed for my first month in the city. It’s right across the road from the Nissan dealership where I bought my 2006 X‑Trail, so the location was incredibly convenient during that time. The hotel has a comfortable, practical feel, and it was a good base while settling into a new city. A memorable part of my early days in Brandon. Update: Thank you for your kind response. This hotel wasn’t just a stay — it was my first home in Brandon. I lived here during my early days in the city, and it became a comforting base while I settled into a new chapter of life. The spacious rooms, reliable service, and walkable location made those weeks feel grounded and manageable. I’ll always remember it as part of my journey.

Victoria Inn Brandon. Great for the holiday break with the family. If there were more than 5 stars, it would deserve them. It was nice and easy to check in and out. The indoor pool was amazing for the kids. Rooms are quiet, clean and big. We enjoyed this night. Dr. Suzan Khalifa

Fabulous customer service - smiles on their faces, eye contact, happy tone in their voices - Shout out for their Maintenance Man Ryan. So helpful and sincerely committed to his position and care of the guest. Attended to your request immediately and continued until resolved. So refreshing to be around an individual in a customer care position who cares and a Went over and above

I've stayed here a couple of times now and it's great every time. The service is always so good and the pool area is absolutely awesome! Definitely recommend if you plan on staying in Brandon, it's a great hotel!
